ANNY Virtual Fall Conference
Assessment for Student Success
October 15-16, 2020
The theme for this free, virtual even was "Assessment for Student Success." Sessions
focused on social justice and equity-centered practices. The even was offered over
the course of two days, with two keynote speakers, Marjorie Dorime-Williams and
Timothy Renick.

Co-sponsored by SUNY Adirondack and SUNY Plattsburgh, this regional event featured a panel of College Presidents who shared their thoughts on assessment, as well as a keynote address by Kimberly Yousey-Elsener of Hartwick College.
The Assessment Network of New York (ANNY) proudly partnered with the University at Buffalo to offer its members the opportunity to participate in an assessment boot camp. It was a great three-day session facilitated by Kimberly Yousey-Elsener, Director of Assessment and Evaluation for University Life and Services at the University at Buffalo. This event recently won the SUNY Chief Student Affairs Officers Programming Award.
Co-sponsored by the Culinary Institute of America. This event featured a keynote by Claudine Keenan, Dean of Education at Stockton University in New Jersey, and a panel including: Mitch Nesler (Vice President Planning & Institutional Effectiveness, Empire State College), Gerald Kobylski (Director of Assessment, West Point), Dom Cerrone (Associate Professor, Culinary Institute of America), and moderated by Betsy Carroll (Culinary Institute of America).
Co-sponsored by Daemen College, over 80 attendees participated in a workshop led by Kimberly Yousey-Elsener from the University at Buffalo.
